Tidal Organics Ascophyllum nodosum is processed within 24 hours of harvest to preserve its natural benefits. Kelp meal has been used for centuries as a feed additive and soil amendment product. It contains in excess of 60 minerals, and more than 12 vitamins and all-essential amino acids.
Sustainable Harvesting
Our seaweed biomass is continually assessed by industry leading professionals. Harvest areas are divided into sectors, individually managed to a target 20% exploitation rate. Cutting techniques allow for rapid regeneration by preserving at least 6-8 inches of the plant along with the stem attached to the rock.
